Michael and Paula Jones are the owners of Grace Riding Stables. Paula has been riding since the age of 8 and has an enormous passion for horses and teaching children and adults of all ages. Grace is more than just a riding and boarding facility, it is a ministry to people in need. Hope Cottage is the tiny cabin on the property that currently is home to Tina and her 4 boys. Tuesday nights is ladies ride and bible study evening.
Michael and Paula purchased Grace back in 2007 and have made many improvements to their property. It is an ongoing project. The Jones love their life style of horses and having people around. Michael is also a riding instructor, focusing on general form as well as teaching new riders. Away from Grace, Michael is lead guitarist at Central Baptist Church, Round Rock, and leads a bible study group. Both Michael and Paula are committed Christians and seek God's will for their lives and their work at Grace.
Matt Jones is our facilities manager. Matt is responsible for all the building and construction going on at Grace. To that end you will see him around here quite a bit. He lives in Round Rock with his wife Summer.
Summer Jones is joining us this year as Camp Director. She will be overseeing all counselors and kids and making sure everyone is where they need to be and having a safe wonderful time. Summer is truely gifted in working with children and people in general.
Allison Dolan Hanna is our beginner instructor here at Grace. She has a desire to pass on her knowledge and teach children at the beginner level, inspiring all that she works with.
Davida Watkins-Jones is our teenage daughter and is our arts, crafts & drama counselor. Davida spends some of her summer here and loves working with the young children. She can been seen making up skits, dances and songs and engaging the children. You can always bank on a beautiful, welcoming smile from this girl !!
James Conlee-Jones is away at University of Houston but loves spending time here at the ranch whenever he can get home. He helped out with many projects when Grace was first purchased in 2007 and continues to contribute as he has opportunity.
Craig and Tammi Jacobson live on site here at Grace. They are responsible for much of the day to day operations. Craig also does the lions share of the morning feedings, does our feed pick up and many other chores at Grace. Craig is also a professional sound man and runs sound for Central Baptist Church, Round Rock. They also have a teenage daughter, Kayleigh, who attends Georgetown High School.
Tina Gehlbach also lives here on site at our Hope Cottage. Tina is responsible for many of our barn chores and also does most of the housekeeping chores, what a blessing! She has 4 boys ages 10 to 14, all attending Georgetown schools.
Michelle Leal is Michael and Paula's other daughter who lives with husband Robert and son Brice in California. Though they are not at Grace as often as they would like, they participate at every opportunity.
